Sites on your account don't receive promotional emails from WP Pro Host. We're not trying to establish a direct commercial relationship with your clients.
WP Pro Host does not offer website design, development, SEO, or digital marketing. The hosting relationship stays hosting.
We communicate through you, not around you. Client-facing communication goes via your agency unless you specifically instruct otherwise.
If a client moves to a different agency, we facilitate a clean account transfer. The client's hosting isn't held hostage to the agency relationship.

Most agencies handle hosting billing one of two ways:

The client holds their own WP Pro Host account, you're listed as a technical contact. Simpler for the client's accounts, but you lose the consolidated support relationship. Works better for larger clients who prefer direct vendor relationships.
