Our hosting services are intended for legitimate WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Permitted uses include: business websites, blogs, and portfolio sites; WooCommerce and eCommerce stores; agency client sites; membership sites and online communities; standard web applications built on WordPress.
The following content is strictly prohibited: illegal content of any kind under UK or applicable international law; content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights; spam, phishing, or fraudulent content; malware, viruses, or any malicious code; content that facilitates abuse, harassment, or harm to others; adult content without prior written approval; cryptocurrency mining operations.
The following activities are prohibited: sending unsolicited email (spam) from our infrastructure; using our services to attack, probe, or disrupt other networks or systems; attempting to gain unauthorised access to other systems; running IRC servers, peer-to-peer file sharing applications, or torrent seeders; using excessive resources in a way that degrades service for other customers; reselling our hosting services without prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
