Each plan has defined, dedicated resource allocations. These are not shared with other customers.

How We Monitor Resource Usage

We monitor CPU, RAM, storage, and PHP worker usage continuously. If your site is consistently approaching its plan limits, we will proactively contact you -- you will never be surprised by a sudden suspension or degraded performance without warning.

Soft threshold -- 80%

We notify you when sustained resource usage reaches 80% of your plan allocation. This is informational -- no action is required immediately.

Hard threshold -- 95%

At 95% sustained usage we contact you to discuss an upgrade. Your site continues running normally during this period.

No sudden suspension

We do not suspend or throttle your site without prior notification. You will always have at minimum 48 hours' warning before any action is taken.

Burst capacity

Short traffic spikes are handled by temporary burst capacity. Sustained spikes beyond your plan allocation trigger the notification process above.

Upgrading Your Plan

Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rated basis. Your site stays on the same infrastructure -- resources are increased instantly with no migration and no downtime.

1Log into your control panel and select your hosting account.
2Choose "Upgrade Plan" and select your new plan.
3Confirm the pro-rated charge for the remainder of your billing period.
4Resources are increased immediately -- no downtime, no migration.

What "Unmetered Bandwidth" Means

We do not meter or charge for bandwidth on any plan. There are no per-GB charges and no traffic overage fees.

The only constraint is that bandwidth usage must be consistent with normal website operation. Bulk file distribution, video streaming platforms, or bandwidth-intensive applications outside of standard WordPress use should be discussed with our team before deployment.
